Manufacturing Technician (3rd Shift)
Job Description
Join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team and help bring specialized products from pilot-scale development to commercial production. This hands-on role combines manufacturing, laboratory operations, and process support in a GMP-regulated environment, offering the opportunity to work with advanced equipment and learn highly specialized production processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and support manufacturing processes from pilot scale through commercial production.
- Operate production equipment, including processing tanks, chromatography systems, and automated control systems.
- Follow SOPs and GMP requirements to ensure product quality and process compliance.
- Monitor and document process parameters, including temperature, timing, and production data.
- Perform equipment cleaning, sanitization, and changeovers between batches.
- Handle raw materials and support production scheduling and inventory activities.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 6+ months of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food, chemical, or GMP manufacturing environments.
- Experience following SOPs and working in regulated environments.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
- Associate's degree in Biotechnology or a related field is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with both laboratory and production environments. This role requires collaboration across multiple production areas and offers exposure to evolving processes, new products, and commercial-scale manufacturing operations.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Waunakee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $51160.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision on day 1 of employment. The company provides Basic Life insurance, Basic AD&D insurance along with Short-term disability on all full-time employees. Employees have the option to elect Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D along with Long-term disability coverage.Health and Flexible spending account options. Full-time employees can contribute to their 401k upon hire and are eligible for a company contribution. 160 hours of vacation & 40 hours of sick time (both pro-rated base on hire date) and 9 paid holidays.
