Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid certification and registration as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Proven experience as an IR Tech within a clinical or hospital environment.
• In-depth knowledge of imaging protocols and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with imaging equipment and sterile technique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, following established protocols.
• Assist radiologists and physicians throughout IR procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Accurately document procedures, maintain detailed patient records, and track imaging results.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns promptly to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Maintain sterile environments during invasive procedures and adhere strictly to infection control guidelines.
• Educate patients and family members about imaging procedures and answer questions regarding their care.
• Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures for imaging and radiation safety.

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
