Medical Scheduler

Prestige Staffing is hiring a Scheduler for a contract-to-hire role in Sandy Springs, GA. This is a 100% on-site position supporting a concierge medicine practice. The Scheduler will spend most of the day on the phone scheduling appointments and assisting patients, while partnering closely with clinical staff to keep the schedule running smoothly.

Pay: $20–23/hr. (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (1-hour lunch; typically 37 hours/week)
Location: Sandy Springs, GA (100% on-site)
Duration: Approx. 3-month contract (with potential to extend/convert)

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate internal medicine appointments (primarily by phone)
• Provide professional, patient-focused customer service
• Maintain accurate scheduling and patient information in the EMR
• Work closely with clinical staff to support efficient appointment flow
• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Healthcare scheduling experience (clinic/medical office)
• Excellent phone communication skills and professional demeanor
• EMR experience required; eClinicalWorks strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work fully on-site in a clinic environment
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening including THC
• Excellent customer service skills
