ICU Registered Nurse (RN) | 3×12s | Full-Time Nights

we are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. MICU, SICU, and CSU candidates may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and review/document test and examination results.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required.
• Acute-care hospital experience required.
• Active Florida RN license or eligible compact RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current AHA BLS required.
• AHA ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• NIHSS required within 6 months of hire.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
