Schedule:

• On-site training the week of September 21st
• Sept 26-27: On-call coverage
• Sept 28 to Oct 2, Oct 5 to 8, and Oct 12 to 15: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. shifts, plus on-call after each shift
• Weekend coverage involves remote on-call support to answer questions and verify orders as needed

Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, answering clinical inquiries during on-call hours, and ensuring safe and effective pharmacotherapy for inpatient care. This role demands strong clinical judgment and the ability to support multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
