Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with 7th grade students
• Expertise or familiarity in reading and language arts instruction
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload (9 students)

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated reading and language arts instruction for 7th grade students with special needs
• Assess student progress and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster a positive classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records and IEP documentation
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
