VIP staffing is Immediately hiring an Temporary Donor Services Administrative Assistant for a local leading organization
This is a Part time Project position they are fexible on the hours but expet 20 hours per week in the middle of the work week.
Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour
We are seeking a Temporary Donor Services Administrative Assistant to support our Donor Services team during the busy holiday season. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data, correspondence, and general office tasks. The selected candidate must be available to work in person at our Albuquerque office from October through January.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Donor Services team with administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and mail donor thank-you letters and other donor correspondence
- Enter, update, and correct donor and gift information in Salesforce while maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrate commitment to Roadrunner Food Bank’s mission and internal Culture of Possibilities
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Competencies & Skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive donor information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak giving season
