Key Responsibilities:

• Operate conveyor-style production lines to efficiently assemble and install parts with precision

• Pack finished products and prepare shipments according to safety and quality standards

• Follow all safety protocols and detailed instructions to ensure a safe and high-quality work environment

• Participate in skills assessments and training sessions to determine departmental placement and ensure readiness for the role

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Entry-level position; full training and ongoing support provided

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Must pass a skills assessment on Day 2 of orientation to confirm departmental placement

Shift Options:

• First Shift: 5:50 AM – 3:00 PM, $20.00/hour

• Third Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM, $21.50/hour (training on first shift for two weeks required)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
