This is a Full time Direct Hire opportunity. Remote work position
Pay for this position is $80,000 per year
About the Role:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong hands-on design skills and experience taking concepts through prototyping, testing, validation, and production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical design, problem-solving, and working with real hardware—from early concepts to finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical design from concept through production
- Create 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings
- Support prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams
Top Qualifications
- Strong mechanical design skills
- Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred; other CAD considered)
- Experience with prototypes, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and solve mechanical problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Experience
- Equipment or machine design
- Automation or system controls
- Electromechanical systems
- 3D printing or additive manufacturing
- Continuous improvement or process optimization
