Companion Care Needed

I am in need of Adult Care for myself after an upcoming surgery. I envision needing someone to help with light house keeping (just keeping dishes done/kitchen clean, bring in mail, maybe some laundry). At first I may need help with mobility, getting up and back to bed or sofa. No actual medical needs. I'll need light meal prep, (making healthy lunch, prepping dinner), going to grocery (in my car if needed). Hours are flexible. If there are hours that work best for your schedule, I'm flexible. I envision 2-3 hours/day. 10a-1p ideal.
