Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my father in his 80s. My mother is his primary caregiver. She needs to sleep at night but cannot becaues dad is up throughout the night. Must be comfortable with toileting needs. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with a small, timid dog. The dog stays with its mom at night. Dad is a tall man.
