A well-established nonprofit human services organization is seeking a Functional Family Therapist (FFT) to join its Behavioral Health team supporting children and youth ages 0–21 in foster care.

\n

\n

Your work can play an important role in supporting children and adolescents in placement. You will help families strengthen relationships, address both the immediate challenges of adjustment as well as challenges that led to separation, helping to build stability and move toward reunification and permanency.

\n

Clinical supervision is provided for LMSWs pursuing their LCSW and for Limited Permit clinicians working toward full licensure. New MSW, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Creative Arts Therapy graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those with relevant internship experience working with children and families.

We're looking for:

LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT or Limited Permit/license-eligible clinicians who bring empathy, energy, strong organization and time-management skills, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for helping children and families.

\n

\n

How does the hybrid model work?

\n

This is a full-time Monday–Friday role with some evening hours to accommodate families after school and work.

\n

• 50%+ working with clients, primarily in their homes
\n
• Approximately 25% in the Albany office
\n
• Opportunity for some remote administrative/documentation time
\n
• Mileage reimbursement for travel
\n

Starting Salary:

\n

\n
• Limited Permit: $70,500
\n
• Fully Licensed, less than 2 years relevant post-license experience: $73,000
\n
• Fully Licensed, 2+ years: $75,500
\n
• Fully Licensed, 5+ years: $79,000
\n
