A well-established nonprofit human services organization is growing its Behavioral Health team in Albany and seeking a Functional Family Therapist (FFT) to work with youth ages 11–17 and their families, working closely with the Department of Social Services in Malone.

\n

\n

This isn't traditional office-based therapy. You'll work directly with families in their homes, helping them strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, reduce risk factors, and create meaningful, lasting change.

\n

\n

You'll receive specialized training in the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model and join a strong, experienced Behavioral Health team with leaders who are invested in helping clinicians grow.

\n

Clinical supervision is provided for LMSWs pursuing their LCSW and for Limited Permit clinicians working toward full licensure. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant graduate internship experience working with youth and families is valued.

\n

\n

We're looking for:

\n

LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT or Limited Permit/license-eligible clinicians who are engaging, self-motivated, organized, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely passionate about helping youth and families.

\n

\n

What does the schedule look like?

\n

This is a full-time Monday–Friday role with some evening hours to accommodate families after school and work.

\n

\n

It's a true hybrid/community model:

\n
• 50%+ working with clients in their homes
\n
• You will be based out of the Malone DSS, and you will split time between your office and working remotely for administrative/documentation time
\n
• Mileage reimbursement for travel
\n

Starting Salary:

\n

\n
• Limited Permit: $70,500
\n
• Fully Licensed, less than 2 years relevant post-license experience: $73,000
\n
• Fully Licensed, 2+ years: $75,500
\n
• Fully Licensed, 5+ years: $79,000
\n
