About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA or CMA Medication Aide to join our experienced team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing personal care and hygiene support to our residents

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to assigned residents

• Monitor and report resident conditions and concerns to the nursing team

• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
