About the Role:
Join ANGEL CARE HOME COMPANION SERVICES as a Home Health Care Aide, where you'll provide compassionate support to individuals in need. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients in Berlin, CT, and we invite you to be a part of our caring team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
• Administer medications and monitor client health as per care plans.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental health.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
• Prior experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely and comfortably.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Background check clearance required.
