About the Role:
Provider Health Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work weekends with an individual who is a male. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while building a rewarding career in healthcare. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:

• Current, valid CNA certification in the state of Ohio
• Previous experience in a home health, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team
