Activity Assistant / CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) PT

Sunset Lake Health and Rehab is looking for an outstanding Certified Nurses Assistant to be an Activities CNA!

Purpose of Your Job Position:

The primary purpose of an activity CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) is to assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your Supervisor. Some weekends will be required to assist with patient programs.

QUALIFICATIONS of Activity CNA:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• CNA license.
• Previous experience in a social or recreational program preferred.
• Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment.
