Join Autumn Lake at Birch Manor as a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents build the skills needed for greater independence and safety. This role offers scheduling flexibility within a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and functional performance
• Monitor resident outcomes and modify treatment plans when appropriate
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
• Partner with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team
• Maintain timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus
