Program Directors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to develop, maintain and deliver education services to students through:Creating and Maintaining core curriculum across the institutionCommunicating and monitoring delivery of core curriculumPreparing course plans and materialDelivering coursesMonitoring progress/attendanceAdvising studentsRecording grades and submitting reports Position Requirements:3+ years of professional experience3+ years of teaching eperienceMaster's degree is requiredPhD is preferredAn ASCP BOC or ASCPi BOC generalist certification as a medical laboratory scientistKnowledge of education methods and administration as well as current NAACLS accreditation procedures and certification procedures.
