Full Time | Weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) | $50-$55/hour

Job Summary:

As a Weekend Respiratory Therapist (RT) at Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. In this full-time position, you will work on weekends, utilizing your expertise to administer respiratory therapy treatments and ensure the health and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and chest physical therapy

• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments as needed

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members

• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and aerosol generators

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

• Minimum 0 years of experience in respiratory therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!)
