Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a proud member of the Alliance Health Group family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team.

Coordinate and maintain monthly nursing schedules for licensed nurses and CNAs
Assist with ensuring adequate staffing levels and finding replacements for call-outs
Help ensure schedules meet corporate, state, and federal staffing requirements
Provide administrative support to the Nursing Department
Answer phones, greet visitors, assist residents and families, and relay communications
Assist with administrative transfers and discharges
Maintain and organize nursing department records and documentation
Assist with scheduling, job assignments, and staffing-related reports
Communicate schedule changes and staffing needs to nursing leadership and team members
Run errands and assist with obtaining supplies when needed
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Previous experience with staffing and scheduling licensed nurses and CNAs preferred
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience
Current/active CPR certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to navigate internet and intranet systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels
Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to supporting facility goals
