Job Description

Your missionSafeguard continuous operations by installing, maintaining, repairing, and operating a broad range of mechanical systems and equipment. One moment you’re aligning a power transmission, the next you’re troubleshooting a hydraulic circuit or supporting crane work with a pendant or from an overhead cab. You’ll go where the work is—sometimes at height or in confined spaces—and adapt to conditions that can be hot, cold, wet, greasy, dirty, or noisy.
Key outcomes- Restore equipment quickly and safely to minimize downtime across conveyors, cranes, mobile equipment, and hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems.
- Partner with operations as needed to stabilize and optimize production.
- Balance independent assignments (with minimal supervision) and collaborative repairs alongside other maintenance technicians.
- 1+ year of manufacturing and/or industrial experience (relevant military experience welcomed) or equivalent education. Background may include hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, power transmission systems, welding, pipe-fitting, structural repair, and diesel mechanic.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Availability for rotating shifts—including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays—and willingness to work overtime.
- Uncompromising safety mindset and PPE usage: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and metatarsal boots.
- Track record of punctuality, consistent attendance, and self-directed work.
- Competitive wage: $42.56/hr.
- Assessment-based selection: Must pass assessment test(s).
