MD needed for primary care coverage - 2 months

Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an MD to provide temporary coverage to an employee/family based health clinic in Defiance, OH.

Details

• Start - Sept 21 - Nov 23
• Hours:  Mondays (8a-4p), Tuesdays & Fridays (6a-2p), Wednesdays & Thursdays (7a-3p)
• Ages of children seen: Newborn and up
•  Onsite Dispensing: yes md scripts
•  Occupational health
•  Paps and breast exam would be part of standard services but not required
•  Health center staffing model:  Large health center with 7-8 providers  with one to one model with clinic staff support. 

Pay

• $140 per hour
• Paid Malpractice
• Paid Shadow & Module Training

Requirements:

Must have active OH licensure

Must have 2+ years primary care experience as an MD

Must be BC

Must have clean background
