Job Description
Caring Hospice Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in hospice settings.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Monitor and document patient observations, vital signs, and changes in condition
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and needs
Offer emotional support to patients and their families, respecting cultural preferences and individual dignity
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant in DE
Drivers License and access to reliable transportation
1+ years prior experience in hospice care, home health, long-term care, nursing homes, assisted living
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a home or community setting
Work Location: On the road
