Make an Impact in Critical Utilities

Be the go‑to operator who ensures safe, efficient steam generation for our facilities. You’ll keep high‑pressure systems stable, optimize performance, and maintain the mechanical heart of our operation.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate high‑pressure and industrial boilers in full compliance with safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor conditions via gauges, panels, and building automation; adjust controls to sustain optimal efficiency and reliability.
  • Inspect boilers, valves, pumps, and auxiliary equipment; use visual assessments and diagnostics to pinpoint emerging issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and control problems using schematics, technical drawings, and engineering techniques.
  • Document operating parameters, maintenance work, and safety checks in thorough logs for audit and compliance.
  • Execute preventive maintenance—clean, lubricate, calibrate, and replace wear components to prevent unplanned downtime.
  • Perform minor welding on boiler parts and piping when needed.
  • Interpret P&IDs and drawings to support precise repairs and system modifications.
  • Work side‑by‑side with engineering teams on complex challenges across hydraulics, HVAC/R, and building automation controls.
  • Promote and follow all safety practices for high‑pressure steam; participate in audits and ongoing training.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience operating high‑pressure steam boilers in industrial or large commercial settings.
  • Broad mechanical skill set in boiler mechanics, industrial equipment repair, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and apply technical drawings, schematics, and control documentation.
  • Demonstrated maintenance capability, including welding and mechanical repair of industrial machinery.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, BAS controls, and engineering troubleshooting approaches.
  • Background partnering with industrial mechanics in maintenance or field roles on complex equipment.
  • Analytical problem solver with a customer‑focused mindset to support operations.
  • Relevant boiler/industrial maintenance licenses or certifications preferred but not required.
Preferred Expertise
  • Deionized Water System Operations & Maintenance
Why This Role

If you thrive on precision, safety, and keeping essential systems online, you’ll find this environment both challenging and rewarding.
