OT PRN

Premier Therapy is seeking an OT PRN to support residents in a skilled nursing setting in Doylestown, OH—helping people regain independence and improve day-to-day function.

Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and adapt activities to resident goals
- Document care, progress, and outcomes clearly and on time
- Coordinate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective care

Required qualifications/skills:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and professional standards
