CNC Programming & Drafting SpecialistWe're looking for a CNC Programming & Drafting Specialist to join our team! This hands-on role bridges design, estimating, and fabrication-supporting custom architectural stonework from concept to installation. You'll create precise 2D/3D CAD drawings, perform takeoffs, model intricate features, and collaborate with the shop to ensure everything cuts clean and fits perfectly.What You'll DoDraft shop drawings, cut sheets, layouts & install plansModel stone features in SketchUp, Fusion 360, or SolidWorksPerform material takeoffs & assist with estimating (PlanSwift, Google Sheets)Support CNC programming using CAM software (MasterCAM, EasyStone, etc.)Review architectural layouts & attend job walks/coordination meetingsMaintain clean documentation and drawing standardsWhat You'll Bring2–5 years in CAD drafting or estimating (stone/construction preferred)Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)Strong understanding of architectural layouts and takeoffsFamiliarity with 3D modeling & CAM toolsSpreadsheet experience (Excel, Google Sheets)Detail-driven, collaborative, and eager to learnWhy You'll Love It HereWe're a family-owned company that values creativity, teamwork, and initiative.
