Job Description
Our client is seeking a dependable and hands-on Programs Project Coordinator to lead construction and home-safety improvement projects while working directly with volunteers and homeowners. This position will coordinate small home repairs, lead skilled and unskilled volunteer teams, maintain safe and organized worksites, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have small-job construction or handyman experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and community service. 
Responsibilities:
• Lead construction efforts and supervise small teams of skilled and unskilled volunteers on project homes
• Train volunteers, conduct site orientations and safety briefings, and ensure work is completed safely and according to quality standards
• Perform and oversee home safety improvements, including installing grab bars, floor transitions, smoke/CO detectors, ceiling fans, and window AC/heater units
• Coordinate tools, materials, project schedules, inventory, and equipment while assisting with warehouse and forklift operations
• Work directly with homeowners and caregivers to assess and improve home safety
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation using Salesforce and other company systems 
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Small-home-repair or construction experience is required
• Handyman, remodeling, maintenance, or similar hands-on construction experience preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to perform physical labor, including occasionally strenuous work
• High regard for workplace and job-site safety
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Windows and Google Workspace
• Willingness to develop home-modification expertise through company-provided training

The base pay range for this position is $35,000–$41,600 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
