Part-Time Registered Dietitian
Location: Myerstown, PA

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in a part-time role. This position offers a flexible schedule while allowing you to make a meaningful clinical impact.

Position Overview

The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nutrition care plans to support residents’ health, recovery, and overall well-being.

Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including residents with complex medical conditions

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans

  • Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as clinically indicated

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to integrate dietary services into resident care

  • Provide guidance to dietary staff on menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory compliance

  • Educate residents and families on dietary modifications and nutritional goals

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal dietary regulations

Qualifications

  • Licensed Registered Dietitian in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred

  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets, nutritional standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Experience with EMR systems preferred
