Manufacturing Assembler, Precision Tools (Outdoor Shade)

Compensation & schedule

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Overtime flexibility as needed, with days extending to 5:30 PM

Your impact

• Read job orders and assemble components to exact specifications.
• Operate power tools and use measuring devices to achieve accurate results.
• Keep your station neat and organized to maintain workflow.
• Check each finished product for quality and correct dimensions.
• Follow safety policies and standard operating procedures.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Demonstrated ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" (REQUIRED).
• General warehouse know-how, including order picking and palletizing.
• Comfort with basic math.
• Strength and stamina to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• English fluency for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
