Job Title: Electronic Assemblers
Location: Houston, TX 77064
Temp -To -Hire
Schedule: Mon - thur. 7am -5:30pm w/OT as needed on Friday and Saturday. (Great shift 4 day, 10 hour shifts)
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/hr 

*Soldering Experience Preferred* MUST be able to work with small parts * Must have 2 years experience in assembling small part electronics

Must have at least 2 year of experience in circuit board soldering

Key Responsibilities

Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures

Willing to cross train and work different departments and cells

Assemble parts and components to required specifications and quality standards

Perform machine setup and operate equipment as needed

Conduct basic testing and inspection of assembled products

Package finished products for shipmentFollow all company Quality, Safety, and OSHA guidelines

Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs (5S, Near Miss, etc.)

Train team members on job functions and safety practices when needed

Maintain a clean and organized work environmentPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor

QualificationsSkills & Knowledge:

Experience with assembly and testing processes

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience Electronic soldering experience
