Home Health Aide - Part Time Noc Shift - Cura of Benson

Cura Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide for part-time night shifts at Cura of Benson. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to patients during nighttime hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position is perfect for individuals who are attentive and caring, with a commitment to providing quality home health care in a professional and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with nighttime personal care needs including hygiene, mobility, and positioning.
• Monitor patients’ physical and emotional conditions throughout the night and report any concerns.
• Provide medication reminders and support as needed.
• Offer companionship and reassurance to patients during nighttime hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations in compliance with agency policies.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Availability to work part-time night shifts.
• Current or willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
