Allure of Sterling is hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team!

? Competitive Pay & IncentivesLPN: $32–$37/hour
RN: $40/hour
Additional Pay:
Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
Weekend Warrior: +$2.00/hour
$7,500 Full-Time Sign-On Bonus
$5,000 Part-Time Sign-On Bonus
Daily Pay Option
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
As an RN or LPN at Allure of Sterling, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Follow physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Perform skilled nursing procedures within your scope of practice, including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other treatments.
Complete incident and accident reports when required.
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team communication.
Follow infection prevention and control standards.
Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team.
Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment.
Serve as an advocate for residents and their needs.
Current, active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
Current CPR certification.
Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience.
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices.
New graduates and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply!
