Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an OTR, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities, and collaborate with therapists, nursing, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
Develop POCs and follow the patient caseload overseeing COTAs to ensure goals are on track
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
State of MI license
Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
