What You'll Do
You'll help children ages 0–21 build the skills they need to participate more fully in everyday life through compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, behavioral, and functional needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, self-care, handwriting, executive functioning, coordination, and functional independence.
- Partner with families through education, coaching, and home programs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in department meetings and professional development.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapy License (or eligible)
- NBCOT Certification
Preferred
- Pediatric outpatient, school, or early intervention experience
- Passion for family-centered, evidence-based care
- Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
