• Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of assembled products to ensure functionality and quality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve any assembly issues.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
