PRN 1099 Speech-Language Pathologist – Glendale ClinicFlexible Contract Opportunity | Pediatric Outpatient ServicesArbor Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide PRN services at our Glendale clinic. This flexible independent contractor opportunity is ideal for a clinician interested in completing evaluations and providing make-up therapy sessions based on client needs and contractor availability.You will provide compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with a variety of communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that helps children and families achieve meaningful progress.We value clinical excellence, collaboration, family-centered care, and a strengths-based approach to treatment.Why Contract with Arbor Therapy?Flexible PRN scheduling based on your availability and client demandOpportunities to complete speech-language evaluationsOpportunities to provide make-up and supplemental therapy sessionsEstablished pediatric outpatient clinic with administrative supportAccess to a diverse pediatric caseloadCollaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environmentOpportunity to supplement your existing work or caseloadMeaningful work supporting children and families in the Glendale communityPRN Services May IncludeCompleting comprehensive speech-language evaluationsInterpreting assessment results and developing appropriate plans of careProviding make-up or supplemental therapy sessionsDeveloping individualized, evidence-based treatment recommendationsCompleting timely and accurate clinical documentationCommunicating recommendations and progress to families and caregiversCollaborating with members of the client's care team, as appropriateMaintaining compliance with applicable payer, licensing, and regulatory requirementsRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standingMinimum of two years of pediatric clinical experience as a Speech-Language PathologistAbility to independently evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for pediatric clientsExperience supporting children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, speech sound disorders, language disorders, and related diagnosesValid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one before providing servicesCurrent Article 9 certification or ability to obtain it before providing servicesCurrent CPR certification or ability to obtain it before providing servicesProfessional liability insurance meeting Arbor Therapy's requirementsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to complete accurate documentation within required timeframesAbility to satisfy all applicable background-check and credentialing requirementsPreferred QualificationsCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology through ASHAExperience with pediatric feeding assessment and interventionExperience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication assessment and interventionBilingual English/Spanish skillsIndependent Contractor ExpectationsThe selected contractor will be responsible for:Maintaining all required professional licenses, certifications, and continuing educationMaintaining professional liability insurance that meets Arbor Therapy's requirementsRemaining eligible to provide services as an independent contractor under applicable state and federal requirementsCoordinating availability for services during clinic operating hoursMeeting applicable company, state, payer, and regulatory documentation requirementsThis PRN opportunity does not guarantee a minimum number of referrals, evaluations, sessions, or hours. Available services will depend on clinic and client needs, as well as the contractor's availability.
