Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and business customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicles and solutions for their business.
• Prospect for new commercial customers and actively grow the dealership’s commercial client base.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing, and commercial purchase options.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.
• Stay current on vehicle products, incentives, industry trends, and commercial programs.
• Work closely with management, finance, and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership sales processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive, commercial, fleet, B2B, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to develop new business through prospecting and networking.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM products is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
