Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Heart problems, incontinence bladder and bowel. Depression. Needs help with meals. About the care needs: Someone very caring but is strong and can handle a stubborn patient. Can cook delicious meals for my mom. Can be very positive my mom can have panic attacks. I would like the caregiver to have some medical background. My mom is Christian. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
