Babysitter Needed

Hi, we are looking for extra help as needed with tasks like laundry, tidying, playing with baby, or meal prep for the older kids. (Not all at once.). I mostly want to use the time to spend quality time with one or two of the kids while the rest of the house is under control! But sometimes I'll have work projects that take extra time, in which case help with all three kids would be great (though the older ones mostly manage themselves).
