Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

My son is starting daycare next week. My wife and I both work fulltime and we know there will be inevitable sick days for him where he won't be able to go in. Ideal candidate is someone who is okay with last minute requests. We don't expect you to always be able to but you would need to be okay with not being needed a lot.
