Nanny Needed For My Children

Making sure my child is well taken care of in a none corporate setting in my own home. If the person taking care of him can handle his dishes or laundry of his that'd be amazing but not overly expected. But we feed, bathe, do tummy time, high contrast cards and kick time every day with an every two hour diaper change and feed schedule. Very firm on that till his needs adjust. Looking for less opportunity that my child can get sick. If the sitter has any developmental tools that is always welcome. Also firm on someone who will hold him and talk to him correctly as a growing person not baby talking
