House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

The house is very old, a lot of wood. Care must be taken not to use chemicals that would damage it. Prefer English as a first language individuals only because this is for my elderly parents. Looking for someone to Clean the bathroom, Vacuum the hallway, stairs and downstairs rug and office area, Wipe down kitchen, Sweep and mop all downstairs and dust/polish the furniture.
