POSITION OVERVIEW 

Shift Supervisor — $18–$19/hr + consistent 3-shift schedule

We are looking for a part-time Shift Supervisor to work alongside and lead team members to achieve shift goals while maintaining a fun and professional retail environment. Shift Supervisors are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing elevated hospitality for every customer. This position features a set schedule of 3 consistent shifts each week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Leadership of store opening or closing duties.
• Engaging with guests and selling product to achieve sales goals.
• Team member training and coaching.
• Communication liaison with store management.
• Lead shift in mastering product recipes crafting the highest quality desserts for guests.
• Provide shift leadership in handling customer service needs.
• Maintain organized, clean store from front of house to back of house.
• Ensure all cash management policies are followed.

• Ensure food safety and quality during shift.

   

REQUIREMENTS 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 1-2 years of food and beverage or retail experience.
• Strong communication skills, sales skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while demonstrating leadership skills.

• Attention to detail and safety requirements. 

   

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the food & restaurant industry
