Concrete Production Worker - Now Hiring

Pay: $20-$22 per hour based on experience level

Join Our Production Team!
We are seeking experienced, dependable, and hardworking Concrete Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have previous experience in any of the following: concrete production, manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for individuals who take pride in producing quality work, maintaining excellent attendance, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with our company.

Schedule

• Availability Required: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Typical Shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift assignments are based on production team needs, overtime is available every single week
• Saturday availability is mandatory.

Work Environment

• Work is performed entirely outdoors in a covered warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• This is a physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare molds for concrete production.
• Install rebar, wire, metal components, and PVC inserts according to production specifications.
• Assist with pouring, finishing, and removing concrete products from molds.
• Safely operate hand tools and work alongside industrial production equipment.
• Clean molds, equipment, and work areas to maintain a safe and organized facility.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work efficiently with your team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete production, manufacturing, or industrial production is required.
• Experience and accuracy reading measuring tapes, comfortable learning and executing mold schematics
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a covered warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented production environment.
