This role focuses on planning, directing, and coordinating the full range of habilitation services for individuals in assigned residential communities. It brings together staff from multiple disciplines to ensure safe operations, strong programming, and consistent support. As a Residential Services Unit Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Program Leadership: Guide the development and monitoring of individual support plans to improve daily living and service outcomes
- Staff Coordination: Direct supervisory and support staff to maintain quality care and consistent practices across the community
- Safety Oversight: Identify and monitor safety concerns to maintain a secure and healthful environment
- Record Management: Review and maintain operational and individual records to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
- Environmental Planning: Coordinate physical plant inspections, repairs, and personal item availability to enhance living areas
- Community Evaluation: Review data, inspect operations, and prepare reports to assess and improve community performance

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours available are 1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and 3rd shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), with a 30-minute lunch. You may be require to work weekends and alternative shifts as needed.
- Overtime and travel: As needed
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years professional therapeutic experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability, including two years in a supervisory capacity, and a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, social work, education, nursing, business, or hospital administration; or
- An equivalent combination of professional experience and training which includes two years supervisory experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability.
