Description
The Pfister Hotel is seeking a dynamic Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will manage hotel operations, address guest concerns, and ensure a safe, seamless, and memorable experience for both guests and team members.

What you will be doing
* Take charge of hotel operations during evening and overnight shifts, serving as the Manager on Duty and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Create memorable guest experiences by resolving concerns quickly, professionally, and with a hospitality-first mindset.
* Lead with confidence during emergencies and unexpected situations, making sound decisions that protect guests, team members, and hotel assets.
* Navigate complex guest and team member situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and strong problem-solving skills.
* Champion hotel quality standards through nightly inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Position Requirements
* Previous hotel experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally resolve guest concerns and create positive experiences.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team, while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
* Comfort using hotel technology, computers, and communication systems.

Job Type: Salary, Exempt
Pay Rate: $60,000-$68,000 based on experience
