Per Diem Nursing Supervisor

AristaCare at Manchester is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to join our team in Manchester Township, NJ. The Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor will lead nursing staff in a beautifully maintained skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility equipped with advanced therapy technology and a handpicked, specialty-trained clinical team.

Prior nursing home experience is required for the Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor position.

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor Duties

• Supervise and support nursing staff across the facility during the shift

• Oversee resident care and ensure quality clinical standards are met

• Serve as the clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families

• Coordinate staffing, assignments, and shift coverage

• Respond to and manage clinical situations as they arise

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: Up to $53 per hour

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Nursing supervisor experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
