About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Clifton Park, NY. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals

• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborating with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed

• Providing a supportive and nurturing environment for clients

• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education) preferred
