This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is able to effectively manage relationships with Boards, homeowners, vendors, and team members.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations
• Coordinating vendor projects and maintenance requests
• Preparing for and attending board meetings
• Responding to homeowner and board communications
• Property inspections and site visits
• Following up on violations, work orders, and ongoing projects
• Working closely with accounting and administrative staff
Qualifications:
• Property management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
